Keith Charlton

Keith Charlton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Keith is currently an Operations Director at Viridor, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Mainetti, where they held several roles including Chief Operations Officer, Director of Operations and Sustainability, Regional Director - Northern Europe, General Manager/Algemeen Directeur, Factory General Manager, Director, and Factory Manager. Keith also has experience in the British Army, serving as a Reserve Officer in various logistics positions from 1990 to 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Production Manager at VTS Royalite Limited from July 1995 to January 2000.

Keith Charlton attended Nottingham Trent University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a BEng(Hons) MEng degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with Management. In 2015, they obtained the certification of Graduate Member (IOSH) from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
