Luke Burgess

Luke Burgess has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Luke currently holds the position of Business Director at Viridor since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ALTRAD as the Corporate Development Director from November 2018 to June 2020. From January 2016 to November 2018, Luke served as the Managing Director for UAE & Oman at Cape plc, where they also held the role of Group Strategy Director from November 2012 to January 2016. Luke gained experience as the General Manager of Business Development at Wartsila Water Systems Ltd from March 2012 to November 2012. Before that, they worked at Hamworthy plc as part of the Corporate Development team from August 2008 to March 2012. Finally, Luke began their professional career at Meridian Corporate Finance LLP, where they served as a Manager from 2005 to 2008.

Luke Burgess attended the University of Bath from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Chemistry.
