Piyush Gupta

Piyush Gupta is a highly skilled technology professional with over 17 years of experience in security, storage, and systems domains. Currently, Piyush serves as the Principal Architect and Research Leader at Virsec Systems, leading the CTO R&D Office and developing advanced security solutions for application and web servers utilizing machine learning techniques. Previous roles include Software Architect at FireEye, contributing to endpoint security solutions, and Senior Software Development Engineer at HGST, focusing on core components for high-performance storage products. Piyush also has extensive research experience from Intel Labs and holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
