Vijay Kulkarni

Vijay Kulkarni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Virsec since July 2020. In this role, Vijay collaborates closely with Technical Project Managers and architects to deliver complex projects while implementing efficient processes for portfolio planning and progress tracking. Prior to Virsec, Vijay held the position of Engineering Program Manager at Broadcom Software, managing key Payment Security projects and effectively utilizing SAFe agile practices. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at Capgemini and extensive technical and managerial expertise gained at Tesco Bengaluru, where Vijay optimized project processes and implemented agile frameworks. Vijay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a PGDBM in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
