Justin Poggioli has 20 years of experience driving the adoption of new technology implementations and automating critical business functions. He has improved the customer experience and operations for companies across industries, including healthcare, insurance, financial services, travel, distribution, and energy & utilities. Having started his career as a customer service agent, Justin believes that getting to the root cause of an issue is achieved by asking good questions and minimizing assumptions. In his current role as Chief Services Officer at Virsys12, Justin is responsible for driving services delivery and achieving strategic alignment between organizations that want to vastly improve the patient experience, and software implementations. He works with healthcare organizations that understand the patient experience is undergoing a critical evolution and share his passion for improving that experience through effective implementations.
He has a broad-based business and technology background acquired through roles ranging from customer service agent, technical architect, and Chief Operating Officer. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Excelsior College and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
