Casey Marie Burns, M.A., NBC-HWC, is an accomplished health and wellness professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and organizational leadership. Currently a Health Coach at Virta Health since September 2025, Casey previously served as a Senior Health Coach at Hinge Health, where over 15,000 members received support for pain relief and healthier lifestyles. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Health and Wellness Educator at Urban Balance PDX and the owner of Health Coach Casey, Casey has empowered individuals and organizations through evidence-based wellness strategies. Notably, Casey co-founded Kaczmarek Digital Media Group, managing operations and strategic planning while also working as a Health Coach at Noom Inc. and a public relations strategist at Nine-Thirty Consulting. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching and ongoing studies toward a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management at The Johns Hopkins University.
