Melissa Rondi

Melissa Rondi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Intern at Milliman in the Health division. Melissa then interned at the Berkeley Laboratory for Automation Science and Engineering in 2010 while studying at the University of California, Berkeley. From 2010 to 2011, they also served as a Learning Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they assisted with teaching and grading in math courses. In 2011, Melissa joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, focusing on technology solutions and helping Fortune 500 clients with business performance improvement. Melissa held this role until 2015. Later in 2016, Melissa took on two internship positions: Product Manager, MBA Intern at Ibotta, Inc., and Business Development & Operations Intern at MoveWith. In 2017, they became a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at ClassPass. Lastly, they currently hold a position at Virta Health, where they started in 2018 as a Senior Director of Clinical Operations and then moved up to Vice President of Clinical Operations in October 2022. At Virta Health, they are responsible for leading the front-line health coaching team, managing the supply chain, and supporting operational functions.

Melissa Rondi completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing and Operations at The Wharton School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they briefly attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2009 for International Business and graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 2007.
