Jiaxing Liang

Engineer at Virtalica

Jiaxing Liang has four years of work experience. Jiaxing began in 2014 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they conducted and improved micro-fabricated ultra-thin vapor chambers for silicon interposer integrated cooling. Jiaxing also studied, analyzed, modeled, designed, fabricated and investigated an optimized passive liquid-vapor phase cooling device with overall thickness under 500 microns. In 2013, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, where they collaborated with two other peers on the research: Non-Traditional Compliant Off-Chip Secondary Interconnection at pitch of 400 microns. Jiaxing then moved to Private Machines Inc. in 2018 as an Engineer. In 2020, they changed roles to become an Engineer at Virtalica Inc.

Jiaxing Liang began their education in 2010, when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. Jiaxing then transferred to the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2014 and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. Jiaxing also obtained The Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam from NCEES.
