Erin McNamara

Erin focuses on preparing companies for exits including carve-outs, private sales and IPOs, as well as standing up carve-outs purchased by private equity firms.

Erin has served publicly traded and privately held companies in the U.S. and abroad, operating as Interim CFO for a variety of organizations, including a private foundation, software developer and textile manufacturing company. She served as a Director in KPMG’s Financial Management Consulting practice where she spent 15 years, starting her career as an audit CPA and later moving to the consulting practice, including a three-year assignment as the COO for a $70M consulting business in KPMG’s Zurich, Switzerland office.
