Galina Wolinetz

Galina is leading the expansion of the firm’s Integration and Separation capabilities. With nearly 25 years of industry experience in closing and integrating M&A transactions at industry-leading Fortune 500 firms, Galina ensures that Virtas clients develop and execute a robust, structured integration process for their acquired businesses. She is also working to further develop the firm’s capabilities for assisting clients in divestitures, carve-outs and IPOs.

Previously, Galina had been Vice President—Strategic Initiatives and Head of the Integration Management Office of Stanley Black & Decker. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Development at United Technologies. As Director of the Integration Management Office, she led the integration of an $18B acquisition.
