She advises Virtas M&A clients to proactively address issues related to culture, change management, onboarding and offboarding, and communications. The founder of Day1 Ready LLC, Jennifer has advised senior leadership of numerous Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and small businesses in executing growth strategies. As a former C-Suite executive who led teams during three separate multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, her focus is in ensuring the people component - such as culture, engagement and talent retention -- remains a focus of M&A due diligence and integration planning.

Following three years of research, including 60+ executive interviews, Fondrevay authored the 2019 best-selling M&A book, NOW WHAT?
