The founder of Day1 Ready LLC, Jennifer has advised senior leadership of numerous Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and small businesses in executing growth strategies. As a former C-Suite executive who led teams during three separate multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, her focus is in ensuring the people component - such as culture, engagement and talent retention -- remains a focus of M&A due diligence and integration planning.
