Matías Andrés Finardi (He/Him) has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and HR field. Matías Andrés started their career in 2010 as an Engineering and Tech Recruiter at Oxford Selección. Matías Andrés then worked at Mercer as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst and later as a Consultant. In 2014, they joined Molinos Rio de la Plata, where they served as a Sr Recruiter and also worked as a Training Analyst and Industrial Development. Moving forward, they worked at GlobalNews Group as an HRBP Manager, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, providing feedback to candidates, and scheduling interviews.
