Max Bautin

Max Bautin is a seasoned venture capital professional and co-founder of IQ Capital, where Max has served as Managing Partner since September 2006, focusing on early-stage deep-tech investments. Bautin is also an active member of Cambridge Angels and holds multiple board positions, including roles at Thought Machine and AccelerComm Ltd, contributing to significant investments and advancements in technology sectors such as AI, 5G, and cloud banking. As Treasurer and a Board Member of Invest Europe, Bautin plays a pivotal role in representing private capital interests in Europe. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Economics from the University of Maryland.
