Nina Maksymenko

Nina Maksymenko is an experienced HR professional with a background in various management roles across different sectors. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Virtido since June 2019, Nina plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives within a Swiss-based IT consulting and outsourcing firm. Prior to this, Nina was the Managing Director at Vitaver & Associates, Inc. from March 2009 to June 2019, where extensive collaboration with recruiting and sales teams contributed to the company’s growth and vendor preferences. Previous positions include Staffing Manager and Staff Recruiter at Vitaver & Associates, HR Manager at Fast Food Systems, and HR Manager at Sumitomo Electric, showcasing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and human resources management. Nina holds a BA in Communications from Bethany Lutheran College and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Ternopil Academy of National Economy.
