Paul Filler

Paul Filler is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at VirTra since November 2021, Paul has previously held multiple positions including owner of FillerDesigns and Filler3D, as well as a CNC programmer and supplier quality engineer at Micro-Tronics, Inc. and Radius Aerospace, respectively. With a strong foundation in quality management and engineering, Paul has contributed to numerous organizations, enhancing processes and ensuring product quality. Educational background includes a degree in Machine Technology from San Diego City College and completion of training at Workshops for Warriors.
