Jacob Munive

Jacob Munive is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems analysis and management. Currently serving as IT Manager at Virtru since March 2022, Jacob previously held the position of Lead Systems Analyst at CAVA, where responsibilities included managing system migrations, troubleshooting technology issues, and overseeing corporate IT operations for over 300 staff members. Jacob has also worked as an IT Analyst at &pizza, providing technical support and managing POS configurations, and as an IT Consultant at New Signature, leading various IT environment changes and cost-saving initiatives. Early in the career, Jacob started as a Helpdesk Technician at mindSHIFT, gaining expertise in user support, system configuration, and network troubleshooting. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from ECPI University.
