Christopher Escobar has extensive experience in business development and analytical solutions, currently serving in these roles at Virtu Financial since March 2019. Prior to this, Christopher held the position of Director of Analytical Products at ITG from May 2001 to March 2019 and worked as AVP of Bond Trading at the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation from October 1993 to May 2001. In the latter role, Christopher managed a team responsible for developing bond issuance and clearance systems, functioned as an Oracle DBA and developer, and successfully launched the first corporate website linked to the bond issuance database. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from Binghamton University and has training in Washin-ryu Karate from Hidy Ochiai.
