Douglas Marshall

Douglas Marshall, BSN, RN, MA, has extensive experience in healthcare and clinical informatics, currently serving as the Lead Analyst for Inpatient Orders and Phoenix at Virtua Health since July 1997. As part of Virtua's Epic transition team, Douglas plays a key role in managing EpicCare Inpatient Orders, along with applications related to Hospital Outpatient Departments, reporting, clinical decision support, meaningful use reporting, and professional billing. Previous roles include Clinical Informaticist and IS Business Analyst, focusing on Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) and Zynx Orders integration. Additionally, Douglas has worked as the Manager of Oncology Education and served as a Registered Nurse. Academically, Douglas holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Development from the Biblical Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Rutgers University - Camden.
