Tania Pinho

Tania Pinho has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Virtua Health since July 2012. In this role, Tania leads the planning and development of processes to enhance cardiology practices while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and efficient patient care. Previous positions include Practice Manager, where Tania coordinated daily operations across multiple sites, and Financial Analyst, responsible for financial performance tracking and reporting. Tania's earlier experience includes serving as Finance Manager and Account Analyst at The Cardiology Group, PA, overseeing financial tasks and supporting management with analytical information. Tania holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Wilmington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Management from Rowan College at Burlington County.
