Alexey Zalesskiy

Alexey Zalesskiy has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Alexey started their career as an HR Specialist at Mercedes-Benz Ukraine in 2006, and later served as an HR Manager at Rompetrol in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an HR Manager at Mobilochka before transitioning to the role of HR Director at KM Core Technology Investment Company in 2009. Alexey held this position until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Alexey worked as a Senior Associate at Talent Advisors Ukraine, an executive search company. Currently, they are employed at Virtuace, Inc. where they previously served as an HR Director from 2017 to 2021 before being promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer in June 2021.

Alexey Zalesskiy received a Mini MBA in Human Resource Management from City Business School, which they attended from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Practical Psychology Diploma from Gregorii Skovoroda National Pedagogical University of Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyi from 2003 to 2007.
