Isabela Ospina has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Isabela began their career at Grabafer SAS as a Diseñadora Gráfica. In 2015, they joined OneLink as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, then moved to Customer Satisfaction Analyst, and finally Customer Satisfaction Supervisor. In 2019, they joined Virtuagym as a Business Operations & Automation Specialist and Product Specialist, and currently serves as a Client Success Consultant.
