Jalysza Kestner has held a variety of roles in the past four years. In 2020, they were the Onboarding Team Lead Northam at Virtuagym, where they led an international team of onboarding consultants and specialists servicing the North American, Australian, New Zealand, and Latin American markets. In 2019, they were a Customer Service Representative at both lululemon and Booking.com. In 2018, they held a Membership Services role at the Law Society of Ontario. In 2016, they were a Compliance Services employee at Metrolinx, where they worked in a client-facing office to schedule appointments, answer calls/emails, and complete administrative duties aiding in the administration of fare and parking fines.
Jalysza Kestner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Ethics, Society, and Law from the University of Toronto between 2011 and 2014. Jalysza then went on to complete a Diploma in Paralegal Education at Humber College between 2015 and 2017. In 2018, they obtained a P1 Licensed Paralegal from the Law Society of Ontario. In 2019, they obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto. Jalysza also has a Smart Serve Certification.
