Luisa Fiedler

Luisa Fiedler has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Luisa started as a Gym Receptionist at EAST BANK CLUB The Fitness Factory GmbH in 2011 and then moved to Fitness Jopp.AG Women in 2012, where they held the same position. In 2013, they became a Customer Service Agent at SELLBYTEL Group and then a Front Office Receptionist at Schultheiß Projektentwicklung AG in 2016. In the same year, they also began working as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon. In 2021, they became a Customer Experience Specialist at Catawiki and a Client Success Consultant DACH at Virtuagym.

Luisa Fiedler completed a degree as an Office Administrator with IHK Professional Statements from ATN Automatisierungstechnik Niemeier GmbH from 2008 to 2011. Luisa also received their Certified Business Assistant for Information Processing from Berufliches Schulzentrum Löbau from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained an Office Administrator certification from IHK Berlin in July of 2011.
