Terry Anderson

Terry Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting from 1990, Terry worked as the General Manager, Regional Manager, and National Sales Manager at Mastercraft Builders USA, LLC, where they focused on managing sales associates and increasing sales volume through recruitment and training processes. From 1999 to 2004, Terry worked as an Executive Recruiter at The Duval Group, where they negotiated retainer agreements, consulted with hiring managers, and developed a strong database of executives in the engineering and construction industry.

In 2004, Terry founded BDI (Digital Media), where they served as the President and focused on E-commerce, web advertising, SEO, SEM, and digital media consulting. Terry created and developed an advertising and lead generation website for the remodeling industry. From 2010 to 2012, Terry worked as the VP Operations, North America at Insoft Software Development, a Belgium-based IT start-up, where they managed remote software development and internet presence management.
