Adya Tripathi

Adya Tripathi is a consultant at CRMNEXT since January 2022, with a prior role as Senior Executive Information Technology at Hind Terminals Pvt Ltd from February 2021 to January 2022, where assistance was provided to clients in defining business requirements and overseeing development and User Acceptance Testing. From July 2017 to September 2020, Adya served as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture, acting as a point of escalation for customers and working on operations and automation development for retail domain clients. Earlier experience includes a role as Associate Software Engineer, enhancing and supporting applications for insurance domain clients using C# and VB. Adya holds a postgraduate degree in Product Management and Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management (2021-2022) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from UMIT-SNDT (2013-2017). Education was initiated at T.P. Bhatia College of Science, where a Higher Secondary Certificate in Electronics was obtained (2011-2013).
