Amir Ben Zion

Amir Ben Zion has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Business Consultant at Virtual Diamond Boutique - VDB since August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the VP Sales & Business Development at VERTO from April 2021 to April 2022.

Before these roles, Amir worked at Sarine Technologies, starting as the Product Support Director from May 2016 to July 2019, and later as the EMEA Regional Manager and Director from August 2019 to August 2020.

Amir was also the Co-Founder and CEO of Diamining.com from January 2013 to May 2016. Amir gained experience as an Information Systems Manager at Andre Messika from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Information Systems Manager at Astra Diamonds from 2004 to 2012.

In addition, Amir founded a startup company in the mobile field in 2007, where they handled various responsibilities including recruiting partners and funds, business development, and product development projects. Amir also worked as a Project Manager and Developer at Matrix from 2000 to 2004, and as a Network Manager and Programmer at The Israeli Phoenix from 1996 to 2000.

Amir Ben Zion's education history includes three distinct periods. In 1997-1998, they attended Sivan Technology, which was sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Economy. During this time, they studied computer software engineering. In 1999-2000, they attended Ramat Gan Open University and pursued studies in computer science. Finally, in 2004, they enrolled at the Center of Gemological Studies in Israel, where they obtained a degree in gemology.
