Pamela Fong has a diverse work experience spanning 10 years. Pamela began their career in 2012 as a Business Process Workflow Engineer at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, where they were promoted to Process Improvement Analyst and later Associate Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager. In 2018, they joined JJDAP Holdings as a Manager, where they managed a spa business with a 16-person team and increased business profitability by introducing new services and offers, researching industry trends, and maintaining a new customer return rate of 80%. Pamela also managed social media accounts on Instagram, Google, Yelp, and Facebook and ran campaigns to maximize brand awareness and introduce a new booking tool that helped grow followers by 15% and increase overall bookings by 45%. In 2022, they joined Virtual Dining Concepts as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, SMB.

Pamela Fong obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Banking and Finance from Nova Southeastern University between 2005 and 2009. Pamela then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School between 2015 and 2016. In addition, they have certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Florida International University (obtained in June 2016) and Foundations of Project Management from Coursera.
