Paige Duncan has extensive experience in the IT support sector, currently serving as a Support Engineer at Virtual IT Services since May 2018. Prior to this role, Paige held positions at Novo IT Australia from June 2015 to May 2018, progressing from Level 1 Service Desk Technician to Level 2 Service Desk Technician. Earlier experience includes serving as a Trainee Service Desk Technician at AVC Pty Ltd from February 2014 to June 2015. Paige holds an Advanced Diploma in Network Security from the Australian Careers Business College, completed in 2013.
