Heidi Magario

Heidi Magario is an experienced educator and data analyst with a focus on science education and data-driven decision-making. Currently employed as a Data Analyst at Virtual Learning Academy Charter School since November 2016, Heidi collaborates across departments to produce customized reports and enhance organizational functionality using SQL, Python, Excel, and Google Sheets. Prior roles include serving as a Science Instructor and Student Engagement Specialist at VLACS, as well as positions as a 7th Grade Science Teacher at MSAD 51 and a Middle School Science Teacher at Plainfield Elementary School. Heidi's teaching experience spans various educational settings, including student teaching roles at Rivendell Academy and Thetford Academy, along with significant work as a Mountain Classroom Coordinator and educator at outdoor schools. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Science Education and is currently pursuing another Master's degree in Technology Integration and Instructional Design at UMaine Online.
