Neil Fillingham

Neil Fillingham has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Neil began their career in 1998 as the owner of CodeDrive, a small company that specialized in bespoke software development. In 2003, they joined Cosmos 21+ Group, where they served as a Senior Developer and Development Manager, helping to define the strategic direction for the company and working closely with the CEO and GM to implement the strategy. In 2011, Neil moved to Synchra, where they served as the CIO, providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of IT and Business Intelligence solutions. In 2012, they became the owner of ECB Technology, a boutique IT company specializing in software development and IT related consulting services. Finally, in 2013, Neil joined Virtual Mgr as the Global COO and CIO, where they have been involved in helping clients manage their teams and increase productivity and quality.

Neil Fillingham received their Masters of Applied Science in Computed Tomography from Monash University in 1999 and their Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from Monash University in 1995.
