Luis Daniel Garcia Ruiz

Luis Daniel Garcia Ruiz has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Luis Daniel began their career as a Telephony Manager at TELETECH in 2005. In 2006, they became the Chief Technology Officer at EZ-CALLS.

In 2008, Luis joined the Presidencia Municipal de Leon, where they served as the IT Manager and later as the Chief Security Officer. In these roles, they gained expertise in implementing and managing information security systems, including CheckPoint Systems, Linux, and Windows-based systems.

In 2010, Luis moved on to Martinez Zavala y Abogados Asociados S.C. as the Chief Technology Officer. Here, they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's IT infrastructure.

In 2012, Luis joined Progress Financial as an IT Manager. Luis Daniel was instrumental in rebuilding the company's call center infrastructure in Mexico and later transferred to Menlo Park, California, as the IT Manager. Since 2013, Luis has been working at VirtualPBX in various leadership positions. Luis Daniel initially joined as a Network Operations Manager, overseeing the organization's network performance. Luis Daniel then progressed to become the Director of Network Operations, where they focused on network upgrades and future needs. Currently, Luis serves as the Vice President of DevOps, driving the design and implementation of a DevOps platform.

Luis Daniel Garcia Ruiz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Leon, from the year 1998 to 2002.
