Virtual Service Operations
Ed Miyoshi holds extensive experience in service delivery and management within the technology sector, currently serving as a Delivery Partner Executive at Kyndryl since September 2022 and a Service Delivery Manager at Virtual Service Operations since November 2021. With a tenure at IBM from 2011 to the present, Ed has held significant roles, including Service Availability Manager for the Whirlpool account, where leadership in the SAM program was demonstrated, and Service Delivery Manager for the Honeywell account, focusing on change and problem management. Ed's previous experience includes serving as a Service Delivery Manager and Availability Manager at Artech Information Systems and IBM Global Services, respectively, overseeing critical aspects of incident, problem, and change management while ensuring compliance for ITAR accounts. Ed Miyoshi earned a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Creative Writing from SUNY New Paltz.
