Matthew Hill

Matthew Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew most recently worked at Virtual Service Operations as the BD and Capture Lead, Public Sector, where they managed bid and proposal efforts and supported business development across various accounts. Prior to that, they were a Senior Business Development and Capture Analyst, Public Sector, responsible for leading proposal efforts and process improvement. Matthew also worked as a Business Analyst, managing company partnerships and website updates. Before joining Virtual Service Operations, Matthew Hill worked as a Sales Operations Intern at Eco-nize Closets & Blinds, a Summer Sales Intern at Graco, and held roles as a Resident Assistant and Assistant Admissions Counselor at Christendom College. Matthew also gained sales and marketing experience as an intern at McAllister & Company Insurance. Matthew's earliest work experience was as an Operations Manager at the Original Woodstock Snowball Stand, where they managed inventory, employees, and ensured high levels of customer service.

Matthew Hill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Christendom College from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in January 2020, and as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in July 2020.
