Michael Pinto

Michael Pinto, DRDM, CHRP®, serves as the Recruitment Director at Virtual Staffing Solutions, leading a team in specialty hiring for operations and management support. With extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, Michael previously held roles as a Human Resources Management Consultant, Head of People and Talent at inriver, and HR Manager at Samatosa Software Developer Corporation. Michael has contributed to community development through volunteer work as Director for Special Projects at ICT Davao Inc. and has successfully scaled companies' workforce through strategic recruitment initiatives. An alumnus of the University of the Philippines with a Diploma in Research and Development Management, Michael also holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Agustin and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iloilo.
