Ruther Louis Esclamado

Ruther Louis Esclamado, RPm, currently serves as a Recruitment Manager at Virtual Staffing Solutions since April 2024, following a progressive career in recruitment and human resources. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Lead and Sourcing Officer at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from September 2021 to April 2024, and HR Admin Expert and HR Recruiter at Conectys from December 2019 to September 2021. Ruther also worked as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at ProofTech from October 2018 to September 2019. Ruther holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central Philippine University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management at the University of the Philippines.
