Charlotte McGinn has a diverse range of work experience. Charlotte is currently working as a DevOps Project Manager at VirtualArmour, where they drive software development projects, conducts software research and design, and assists with testing. Additionally, they have experience as an entertainer and promotions manager, performing at festivals and events, and as a Claims Handler, investigating customer claims for a bank. Charlotte has a background in computer science, having studied an MSc in Computer Science at Newcastle University, where they excelled in coursework assignments and led a team in the development of an Android application. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Assistant and Supervisor, handling face-to-face sales, resolving customer disputes, and managing stock. Throughout their various roles, Charlotte has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Charlotte McGinn completed their education at various institutions. In 2011, they obtained an Associate's degree in Music Performance, General from the University of West London. Charlotte then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music from Newcastle University from 2010 to 2013. Later, in 2019, they returned to Newcastle University to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2020.
