Brianna Benton

Brianna is a native to Columbia and alumna of the University of South Carolina. Brianna began as the Human Resources Administrative Assistant in 2016, facilitating and managing the processes related to recruitment and onboarding in the HR Department at the VBOA. Her ability to identify ways to improve efficiency was evident on day 1 and she quickly proved to be an asset. She earned her PHR certification in 2019 and moved into her new role as Human Resources Generalist later in the year. She now manages employee relations and attendance, continuing to serve as a valuable liaison between Human Resources and the employees.
