Kelechi Erondu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as a Stock Worker/Inventory Assistant at Augusta National Golf Club. From 2011 to 2012, Kelechi served as a Research Assistant/Chemical Inventory Manager at Georgia Health Sciences University, where they updated the online chemical inventory and assisted researchers with lab tasks. In 2012, they interned as a Summer Intern at Stanford Law School, updating websites and working with Legal Analysts on class action securities fraud litigation. From 2013 to 2014, Kelechi worked as a Summer Analyst at Olympic Valley Capital, conducting market research and initiating deal sourcing processes. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Stanford Student Enterprises - Capital Group in various roles, such as Director and Accounting Manager, where they managed financial services and credit cards for client groups on campus. From 2014 to 2016, Kelechi worked at Triage Consulting Group as an Associate, using SQL and VBA to engineer claims pricing algorithms and creating automated reporting applications. They later became a Product Manager, ideating and driving the development of enterprise software. From 2016 to 2018, Kelechi served as a Senior Associate and then a Product Manager at Triage Consulting Group, managing the development of internal software and creating product roadmaps. In 2018, they joined VirtualHealth as a Strategy and Engagement Manager, where they led data integrations for SaaS implementations and ensured deliverables aligned with clients' strategic goals. Kelechi returned to VirtualHealth in 2023 as a Director of Product Management, Analytics, where they oversee product management. From 2019 to 2023, they also worked at 4 Mile Analytics, progressing from Senior Data Analyst to Analytics Manager and then Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering.

Kelechi Erondu completed their high school education at Greenbrier High School from 2006 to 2010, earning a high school diploma. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, they attended Stanford University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering.

Kelechi Erondu also obtained additional certifications, including one in R Programming from Coursera in October 2016 and another as a Certified LookML Developer from Looker in March 2021.
