Tim Hay-Edie has a long and varied work history. From 1998 to 2012, they were a Consultant and Product Director (acting Managing Director) at Pilot Simple Software. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Consultant at Tim Hay-Edie Ltd, focusing on digital project management and e-commerce. In 2015, they joined Virtualstock as Head of Technical Pre-Sales, and later held the roles of Revenue Operations Director, Technical Pre-Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Head of Service & Support. In their role as Customer Success Manager, they ensured customers got the most out of the product, including site visits to work with users and looking for ways to improve functionality, process, and documentation. As Head of Service & Support, they managed teams, documentation and process, communicated effectively, and generated insight out of the data.
Tim Hay-Edie attended UC San Diego from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BA in Media Arts. Tim also attended Harrow School from 1982 to 1987.
