Maria Boch has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an Event Manager at Premier-Expo and as a Junior Project Manager at Polylog PR / Компания «Полилог». In this role, they assisted in planning a business event with international stakeholders and communicated with event speakers in multiple languages. In 2017, they worked as a Training Specialist at SALONONLINE, where they created and implemented change management strategies, increased employee adoption and usage of the new CRM system, and created business success strategies utilizing the product. Maria also contributed to RosBusinessConsulting in the same year. From 2019 to 2021, they were self-employed, writing a travel guide and building a photography business. Currently, they are a Talent Marketing Manager at Virtudesk, where they partner with a recruiting delivery team, sales and marketing teams to understand hiring forecasts, business needs, and then develops and executes on strategic marketing and attraction strategies to meet goals. Maria is also a Training Program Manager, delivering core, common skills across the company, focusing on key roles including core competencies, general skills for new employees, and up training candidates.

Maria Boch obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University between 2011 and 2016. From 2013 to 2014, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from South China University of Technology. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) between 2016 and 2018.
