Ralph Marburger

Ralph Marburger has extensive work experience in the beauty and grooming industry. Ralph currently holds the position of Chief of Staff and Chief Customer Officer at Virtue Labs LLC since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at Combe Asia-Pacific Pty Ltd from July 2019 to June 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Combe Incorporated, including Vice President and North America Men's Care Business Unit Leader from January 2018 to July 2019, Vice President of Global Gray Care & Men's Grooming from July 2016 to December 2017, and Regional Category Director from January 2011 to May 2016. Ralph also previously worked at Clairol, where they served as an Associate Product Manager from January 2001 to December 2001, and as an Assistant Product Manager from August 1999 to December 2000. Throughout their career, Ralph has gained expertise in marketing, brand management, and product development in the beauty industry.

Ralph Marburger pursued their education at the Technische Universität Braunschweig from 1991 to 1997, where they earned a Diplom in Biotechnology. Subsequently, Ralph attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Marketing/Brand Management.
