Raizel Sakaki

Raizel Sakaki is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Group Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager at Virtuos since March 2022. In this role, Raizel leads global strategies to attract and retain top talent while managing recruitment for critical positions across multiple studios. Additionally, Raizel advocates for gender diversity in the gaming industry as an Ambassador for Women in Games, promoting initiatives that empower women and underrepresented talent. Previously, Raizel held various leadership positions at Tate Asia Partners LLP from 2014 to 2022, driving strategic business development and executive search mandates across the Asia region. Raizel's early career included roles at Ladyluck Digital Media, where management, project coordination, and business analysis skills were honed. Raizel holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Corporate Management from De La Salle University.
