Damien Pascoe

Damien Pascoe has over 10 years of experience in UX design. In 2021, they became the Head of UX at Virtuoso. Prior to this, they were the Lead Experience Designer at NTT DATA UK from 2019-2021. In 2019, they were a Lead UX - Freelance at VMLY&R and a UX Consultant at Juice Moving Images Ltd. In 2018, they were the Lead UX Consultant (interim Head of UX) at Zoopla. From 2017-2019, they were a Lead UX - Freelance at SapientRazorfish and VML London, and a Senior UX Designer - Freelance at Addison Group London. From 2011-2019, they were the Owner and UX Consultant at AtheneMedia Ltd and took a period of paternity leave.

Damien Pascoe has a BSc. (Hons) in Cell & Molecular Biology from Kingston University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1995. Damien also holds four additional certifications: Practitioner II 'Maestro' from Virtuoso (obtained in August 2022), Foundation 'Legato' from Virtuoso (obtained in July 2022), Practitioner I 'Andante' from Virtuoso (obtained in July 2022), and a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation (obtained in February 2020).
