James B. has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as the VP of Solutions Engineering for Virtuoso, where their roles included delivering talks and workshops, heading the global sales engineering organization, and leading sales and solutions engineering. From 2012 to 2021, they worked for iAsset as the Head of Sales Engineering, Technical Sales & Project Manager, EMEA Operations & Project Delivery Manager, Senior Manager (QA, Pre-Sales, Operations & On Boarding), and Senior Onboarding Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they worked for A.S.K as a Professional Services Consultant. Lastly, from 2007 to 2009, they worked for Inland Revenue NZ as a Service Designer, Master Trainer, and Team Leader.

James B. attended the University of Portsmouth from 1999 to 2002, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English & Creative Studies. James also holds certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including a PRINCE2 Practitioner obtained in April 2016 and a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner obtained in May 2018. Additionally, they have a MEDDPICC Masterclass from Learn MEDDICC obtained in November 2022.
