Padmini Shilpa Kommanapalli has been working in the tech industry since 2016. Padmini Shilpa began their career as a Product Consultant at Cargo Exchange India Private Limited. In 2017, they moved to Talent Rover by Bullhorn as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2020, they joined SpotQA, where they currently serve as a Solutions and Demo Engineer and Test Engineer.

Padmini Shilpa Kommanapalli obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Viet in 2009-2013.
