Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our high-performing Professional Services Team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and adoption of our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance, innovative designs, and tailored solutions that maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Act as the technical liaison and trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and technical deep dives to gather and refine requirements.

Solution Design:

  • Architect end-to-end solutions that align with customer needs, leveraging our product suite and integrating third-party technologies where necessary.
  • Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with best practices.
  • Create documentation, including diagrams, implementation guides, and design specifications.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Onboarding Project Management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and regional Sales VPs to support pre-sales efforts, contributing to RFPs, demos, and technical presentations.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams to maintain alignment between design, delivery, and customer expectations.

Technical Leadership:

  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to continually refine best practices and innovate solution approaches.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to elevate team capabilities.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:

  • Analyze complex technical challenges during solution delivery, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical implementation issues and contribute to their resolution.

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and other teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continued customer success post-implementation.
  • Contribute to post-mortems and retrospectives, identifying opportunities for improvement in solution design and delivery.

Key Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in cloud platforms, enterprise software, and system integrations. Experience with [specific technologies or platforms your organization uses] is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solution design principles, security best practices, and software development lifecycle methodologies.

General Experience:

  • 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Sales Engineer, or related role within Professional Services or a Cloud Platform Sales organization.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex solutions across diverse industries and regions.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and building lasting relationships.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
