Wally Malaque has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Wally started their career as a Team Lead Supervisor at Jollibee Foods Corporation from September 2016 to October 2018. Wally then worked as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Concentrix from December 2018 to August 2021, where they addressed customer concerns, handled billing inquiries, upsold products, and monitored the sales process.

Following that, Wally worked as a Customer Service Representative at Afni Philippines Inc. from August 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they provided exceptional customer service, troubleshooted mobile and router issues, answered billing concerns, and handled disputes.
