Adurty Rao

Adurty has held leadership positions across a range of health care groups over the past 14 years, and also holds a Masters in International Hospitality Management with experience in the hospitality sector, and therefore has a unique focus on customer experience.

A skilled people leader, Adurty was on the Australian Executive team at Ramsay Health Care, where she played a key role in transforming the group's operating model so as to improve patient outcomes, simplify and harmonise processes, while supporting the staff through those significant changes.

Adurty welcomed her daughter into the world in August 2019 and is enjoying her most important role, that of parenthood.
