Alida Whiteway

Alida Whiteway has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Alida started their career at Webster Bank in 1991 as an HR Generalist and stayed until 1999. Alida then joined LIMRA International as an HR Administrator in 2001. In 2002, Alida worked as an HR Generalist and Assistant Department Head at New Haven Savings Bank. Alida later became an HR Manager at 360 Federal Credit Union from 2003 to 2010. In 2010, Alida served on the Community Relations Committee at HRACC. Since 2011, they have been working as the Director of Human Resources at Virtus Investment Partners.

Alida Whiteway attended Bay Path University from 2001 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Business Management. During this period, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in December 2001.
