Connie Noiva has a vast work experience spanning several decades. Connie retired in 2019 and prior to that, they worked at Virtus Investment Partners as a VP of Information Technology since 2008. Before that, they held the position of 2nd VP of Infrastructure Services at The Phoenix Companies for a decade, from 1998 to 2008. Prior to their time at The Phoenix Companies, Connie worked at CIGNA as a Manager of Information Technology in 1997 and at Aetna as a Manager of Information Technology from 1980 to 1996.
Connie Noiva obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut between 1975 and 1980.
